Disposition versions
26. Except on a question of jurisdiction, article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) does not apply to the Régie and no extraordinary recourse provided for in articles 834 to 850 of the said Code may be exercised nor any injunction granted against the Régie acting in its official capacity.
