85.39. The Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks shall send the Government a report on the use of the amounts paid under section 85.38. The report must be sent no later than 31 July each year, in the form and on the conditions set by the Government, if any. A copy of the report must be sent to the Régie on the same date.

Before that date, the Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks shall send the Régie the list of emitters that are required to cover their greenhouse gas emissions with emission allowances within the meaning of the second paragraph of section 46.6 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2) and that are registered in accordance with the Regulation respecting a cap-and-trade system for greenhouse gas emission allowances (chapter Q-2, r. 46.1).

The report must be sent no later than 31 July each year, in the form and on the conditions set by the Government, if any. A copy of the report must be sent to the Régie on the same date.
