16. The minutes of the sittings of the board of directors, approved by it and certified by the secretary or by any other functionary of the Board designated by the by-laws passed for such purpose by the Board, shall be authentic; the same shall apply to documents and copies emanating from the Board or forming part of its records, when so certified.

The minutes of the sittings of the Board, approved by it and certified by the secretary or by any other functionary of the Board designated by the by-laws passed for such purpose by the Board, shall be authentic; the same shall apply to documents and copies emanating from the Board or forming part of its records, when so certified.

The Photographic Proof of Documents Act (chapter P-22) applies to any documents emanating from the Board or forming part of its records, except that, notwithstanding section 2 of the said act, those documents may be destroyed as soon as they have been reproduced.
