2.1. (Repealed).

2.1. The sums paid into the fund are subject to the provisions of sections 20, 21 and 26 to 28, Chapters IV and VI and sections 89 and 90 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001) with the necessary modifications.
The fiscal year of the fund ends on 31 March.

2.1. Sections 45, 47, 48, 51, 57 and 70 to 72 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6) apply to the fund, with the necessary modifications.
The fiscal year of the fund ends on 31 March.
