14. Penal proceedings are instituted by the Attorney General or by any person whom he generally or specially authorizes in writing for that purpose.

14. Penal proceedings instituted under this Act are brought in accordance with the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15) by the Attorney General or by any person whom he generally or specially authorizes in writing for that purpose.

14. Proceedings under this Act are instituted in accordance with the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15) by the Attorney General or any person he authorizes generally or specially in writing for that purpose.
Part II of the Summary Convictions Act applies to such proceedings.
