25. The Minister of the Environment is responsible for the administration of this Act.
The Minister for the Environment and Water exercises, under the authority of the Minister of the Environment, the functions with respect to this Act. Order in Council 56-2002 dated 30 January 2002, (2002) 134 G.O. 2 (French), 1651.
