18. The other members of the Commission may resign, at any time, by notifying the President of the National Assembly in writing.
No member may be dismissed except by a resolution of the National Assembly approved by two-thirds of its members.

18. A member of the Commission may resign at any time by giving notice in writing to the President or to the Secretary General of the National Assembly of Québec.
He shall not be dismissed except by a resolution of the National Assembly approved by two-thirds of its members.
