Disposition versions
62. No provision of this Act or of a group agreement may restrict or affect the powers and responsibilities conferred by the Educational Childcare Act (chapter S-4.1.1) and its regulations on a home educational childcare coordinating office or the Minister, nor restrict or affect the jurisdiction conferred on the Administrative Tribunal of Québec by that Act.
62. No provision of this Act or of a group agreement may restrict or affect the powers and responsibilities conferred by the Educational Childcare Act (chapter S-4.1.1) and its regulations on a home childcare coordinating office or the Minister, nor restrict or affect the jurisdiction conferred on the Administrative Tribunal of Québec by that Act.
