33. A group agreement may not deal with
(1)  a rule, standard or measure under the Educational Childcare Act (chapter S-4.1.1) and its regulations; or
(2)  the mandatory service agreement between the parent and the home educational childcare provider, in particular with regard to the methods of payment of the parent’s contribution, the description of the services provided, and the services required by the parent.
