83.2. Every person or association who or which fails to comply with a request made by the Commission pursuant to section 81.0.1 is guilty of an offence and liable, for each day during which the offence continues to a fine of $1,000 to $10,000 in the case of an individual and $3,000 to $60,000 in the case of any other person or an association.
