Only the Centrale des syndicats démocratiques (CSD-CONSTRUCTION), the Confédération des syndicats nationaux (CSN-CONSTRUCTION), the Conseil provincial du Québec des métiers de la construction (International), the Fédération des travailleurs et travailleuses du Québec (FTQ-Construction) and the Syndicat québécois de la construction (SQC) may have their representativeness ascertained by presenting their application for such purpose to the Commission in the first five days of the thirteenth month preceding the expiry date of a collective agreement made under section 47.
