23. No person may, in any manner, hinder or impede the work of a member of the Administrative Labour Tribunal in the exercise of the functions of office.

The construction industry commissioner and construction industry deputy-commissioners have, for the purposes of their inquiries, decisions or orders, the powers and immunities conferred upon a commissioner under sections 9 to 12, 16 and 17 of the Act respecting public inquiry commissions (chapter C-37), except the power to impose imprisonment.
