21.0.2. The head office of the construction industry commissioner shall be situated in the territory of Ville de Québec at any place determined by the Government; notice of the address of the head office shall be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
The construction industry commissioner or a construction industry deputy-commissioner may sit at any other place in Québec.
