119.9. Any person who violates an election in respect of an association whose name was published in accordance with section 29, inhibits the freedom to vote or to make an election in respect of an association, prevents any proceeding relating to the vote or election, or alters the results of the vote or the election is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $2,500 to $12,500 in the case of a natural person, and $7,500 to $37,500 in the case of a legal person.
