119.6. Every person who contravenes the third paragraph of section 23.2 or section 23.3 is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $507 to $1,014 in the case of a natural person and $1,014 to $2,028 in the case of a legal person.

For any subsequent conviction, the fines shall be doubled.

For any subsequent conviction, the fines shall be doubled.
