119.0.3. Any person who hinders the activities of the labour-referral service for the construction industry or exercises undue pressure or uses intimidation or threats against a person in charge of the service or an employee assigned to its activities is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $5,000 to $25,000 in the case of a natural person and to a fine of $15,000 to $75,000 in other cases.

Any person who hinders the activities of the labour-referral service for the construction industry or exercises undue pressure or uses intimidation or threats against a person in charge of the service or an employee assigned to its activities is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $1,285 to $2,568 in the case of a natural person and to a fine of $2,605 to $5,208 in other cases.
