54. Every natural person convicted of an offence against this Act or a regulation is liable to a fine of $300 to $6,000 and, for a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of $600 to $12,000.
A legal person convicted of an offence against this Act or a regulation is liable to a fine of $1,000 to $40,000 and, for a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of $2,000 to $80,000.

A corporation convicted of an offence against this Act or a regulation is liable to a fine of $1 000 to $40 000 and, for a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of $2 000 to $80 000.

54. Every natural person convicted of an offence against this Act or a regulation is liable,
(1)  for the first offence, to a fine of $100 to $2 000;
(2)  for a subsequent conviction, to a fine of $200 to $4 000.
A corporation convicted of an offence against this Act or a regulation is liable to a minimum fine five times greater and to a maximum fine ten times greater than those provided for in the preceding paragraph.

54. Every natural person who is guilty of an offence against this act or a regulation is liable,
(1)  for the first offence, to a fine of $100 to $2 000;
(2)  for a subsequent offence against the same provision of this act or a regulation within a period of two years, to a fine of $200 to $4 000.
A corporation guilty of an offence against this act or a regulation is liable to a minimum fine five times greater and to a maximum fine ten times greater than those provided for in the preceding paragraph.
