82. A plan administrator that wishes to terminate a plan must give Retraite Québec prior written notice and obtain from Retraite Québec a decision authorizing the administrator to liquidate the plan assets. Retraite Québec must send the administrator an acknowledgement of receipt showing the date notice was received.
