81. The liquidation of the plan assets is ordered by Retraite Québec if the Autorité des marchés financiers has revoked or cancelled the authorization granted the administrator.
The Autorité des marchés financiers must notify Retraite Québec without delay that such an authorization has been revoked or cancelled.
