35. The authorization of the administrator of a plan is revoked of right by the Autorité des marchés financiers on the occurrence of one of the following events:
(1)  the plan having never had any members, its registration is revoked by Retraite Québec on application by the administrator under the second paragraph of section 10;
(2)  the registration of the plan is revoked by Retraite Québec under section 93.
