144. For the purposes of section 68 of the Act respecting Retraite Québec (chapter R-26.3), the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity requires that, for the initial 10 years after 1 July 2014, the report of activities of Retraite Québec contain a statement of the total amount of refunds made by administrators in respect of not locked-in accounts of members under the age of 55.

144. For the purposes of section 37 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9), the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity requires that, for the initial 10 years after 1 July 2014, the report of activities of the Régie des rentes du Québec contain a statement of the total amount of refunds made by administrators in respect of not locked-in accounts of members under the age of 55.
