102. Retraite Québec may apply to a judge of the Superior Court to obtain an injunction in respect of any matter covered by this Act.

The application for an injunction constitutes in itself an action.

The procedure prescribed in the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) applies, except that Retraite Québec cannot be required to give security.
