10. Retraite Québec may, after giving a plan administrator an opportunity to submit observations, revoke the registration of any part of the plan or of an amendment that is not in conformity with this Act.
Retraite Québec may also revoke the registration of a plan that has never had any members when the administrator applies to have it revoked.
An administrator applying for revocation under the second paragraph must submit a document signed by a person in authority attesting that the plan has never had any members.
Retraite Québec notifies the plan administrator of any revocation of registration by means of a written notice specifying the reasons for the revocation.
