47. (Repealed).

47. The Government may authorize the Commission to conclude with any body, corporation or institution an agreement entitling a member of the council taking office in such body, corporation or institution to take into account, wholly or partly, the amounts accumulated to his credit under this plan for pension purposes, in conformity with the conditions prescribed therein.
