41.3. The Government may also consider as a supramunicipal body, for the purposes of the application of this division, any commission or council created by law in which the majority of members sit as head of the council or as a councillor in a municipality or a county corporation. It may also consider as a supramunicipal body a regional county municipality composed of only one municipality.
Any decree made under the preceding paragraph comes into force upon its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
