22. (Repealed).

22. After the municipality has filed the annual report, the Commission shall reimburse to a participant who applies to it therefor in accordance with the form prescribed by regulation, with interest at the rate fixed by regulation, all or part of the additional contributions paid by such participant in accordance with section 14.
