R-15 - Act respecting complementary social benefits plans in the construction industry

1. In this Act, unless the context requires a different meaning,
(a)  “construction board” or “board” means the Office de la construction du Québec established under section 2 of Chapter II of the Act respecting labour relations in the construction industry (chapter R-20);
(b)  “Board” means the Régie des rentes du Québec.
