311.4. (Repealed).

311.4. A member or a beneficiary whose share of the surplus assets is established in a draft termination report or a supplement thereto approved by the Régie before 17 June 1994 may avail himself of section 240.1 for as long as the pension committee has not paid his benefits in full.

311.4. The provisions of section 240.1 are not applicable to shares of surplus assets allocated to members or beneficiaries where such shares have been established in a draft termination report considered by the Régie, before 14 May 1992, to be in conformity with this Act.
