243. A person concerned may contest a decision or order of Retraite Québec before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec within 30 days after the decision or order is sent.

243. A person concerned may contest a decision or order of Retraite Québec before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec within 30 days of notification of the decision or order.

243. A person concerned may contest a decision or order of the Régie before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec within 30 days of notification of the decision or order.

243. A review decision rendered by the Régie may, within 30 days of notification of the decision, be contested before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.

243. The Régie shall rule on the application for review without delay, after giving every interested party an opportunity to submit its views.
The decision must include reasons and be notified in writing to the interested parties.
