208. In this division, the term “date of termination”, where used in relation to a multi-employer pension plan that is amended to allow for the withdrawal of an employer, means the date at which the value of the benefits accrued to the members and beneficiaries affected is determined.

208. The Régie may exempt from the application of this division any partial termination of a multi-employer pension plan, if the members affected by the termination remain active members and if it considers it likely that most of them will continue to be active members in the short term.
