43. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 84, s. 43; 1965 (1st sess.), c. 80, a. 1; 1992, c. 57, s. 689.
43. The person upon whom the privilege mentioned in section 42 is conferred may, if the tolls be not paid, obtain, from any court of competent jurisdiction, a seizure before judgment, which shall be subject to the anterior privilege of the Crown.
