Disposition versions
12. Until the election of the first board of directors, the council of the Cree village shall administer the affairs of the landholding corporation incorporated pursuant to section 2, the directors of the community council of each of the Inuit communities shall administer the affairs of the landholding corporation incorporated pursuant to section 5, and the council of the Naskapi village shall administer the affairs of the landholding corporation incorporated pursuant to section 7.1.
12. Until the election of the first board of directors, the council of the Cree village corporation shall administer the affairs of the landholding corporation incorporated pursuant to section 2, the directors of the community council of each of the Inuit communities shall administer the affairs of the landholding corporation incorporated pursuant to section 5, and the council of the Naskapi Village corporation shall administer the affairs of the landholding corporation incorporated pursuant to section 7.1.
12.
