7. The Commission shall grant an annual retirement pension to every teacher who applies therefor and(a) who has at least thirty-five years of service; or
(b) who has reached the age of sixty-five years or, in the case of a female person, sixty years; or
(c) who has at least ten years of service and is sixty-two years of age or, in the case of a female person, fifty-eight years of age; or
(d) who has become unable to perform his ordinary duties by reason of physical or mental infirmity; or
(e) who has at least thirty-two years of service and is at least fifty-five years of age; or
(f) who has reached normal retirement age, namely, sixty-five years of age.
Such a pension shall also be granted to any such teacher who has at least twenty-two years of service and is at least fifty-five years of age or, in the case of a female person, fifty years of age; in such case, the pension shall be reduced by one-half of one per cent for each month included in the period beginning on the date on which the pension is granted to such teacher and the nearest date on which it would otherwise have been granted to him or her under paragraph a, b, c, e or f.
