Section 23.1

23.1. Section 23 applies to a female teacher of a school service centre or school board who is a member of the supervisory personnel if she was dismissed or forced to resign by reason of marriage or maternity pursuant to a by-law or written policy of the school service centre or school board where the teacher holds a position contemplated in this plan.
