215.5.3. (Repealed).

215.5.3. Except with respect to a person who availed himself thereof, the Government may determine the date on which the measure provided for in this chapter expires. The Government may also determine, following the valuation referred to in section 215.7 or following any subsequent such valuation, any other later date until which the measure provided for in this chapter may continue to apply.
No order made pursuant to the first paragraph may take effect more than 12 months before its adoption.
