215.5.2. (Repealed).

215.5.2. If the pensioner again holds pensionable employment under the plan provided for in this Act or holds pensionable employment under the Pension Plan of Peace Officers in Correctional Services, the unreduced pension that had been granted to him pursuant to this chapter is cancelled and he is not entitled to avail himself again of this chapter.
Chapter VII of Title I of this Act or Division IV of Chapter V of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Peace Officers in Correctional Services (chapter R-9.2), as the case may be, applies in respect of the pension for which the pensioner was otherwise eligible at the time he retired and, where applicable, to the other benefits paid to him.
