181.An employee or beneficiary may, within 90 days of the date of mailing of the decision of the Comité de retraite,
(1) apply for arbitration in the case of a Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the plans established under sections 9, 10 and 10.0.1 of this Act and in the case of the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers;
(2) appeal to the Commission des affaires sociales in the case of the Teachers Pension Plan and the Civil Service Superannuation Plan.

(1) apply for arbitration in the case of a Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the plans established under sections 9 and 10 of this Act and in the case of the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers;
(2) appeal to the Commission des affaires sociales in the case of the Teachers Pension Plan and the Civil Service Superannuation Plan.
181.An employee or beneficiary may, within 90 days of the date of the mailing of the decision of the Comité de retraite,
(1) apply for arbitration in the case of a Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the plans established by sections 9 and 10 of this Act and in the case of the Act respecting pension coverage for certain teachers (chapter P-32.1) to the extent that that Act refers to sections 87 to 93 and 95 to 97 of this Act;
(2) appeal to the Commission des affaires sociales in the case of the Teachers Pension Plan, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and, subject to paragraph 1, the Act respecting pension coverage for certain teachers.
181.An employee or beneficiary may, within 90 days of the date of the mailing of the decision of the Comité de retraite,
(1) apply for arbitration in the case of a Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the plans established by sections 9 and 10 of this Act and in the case of the Act respecting pension coverage for certain teachers (1978, chapter 16) to the extent that that Act refers to sections 87 to 93 and 95 to 97 of this Act;
(2) appeal to the Commission des affaires sociales in the case of the Teachers Pension Plan, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and, subject to paragraph 1, the Act respecting pension coverage for certain teachers.
