170. Retraite Québec shall designate from among its employees other than its secretary the person who is to act as secretary of the committee.

170. The secretary of the Commission is by virtue of his office the secretary of the committee.

170. The secretary of the Commission is by virtue of his office the secretary of the committee. He is also the secretary of the audit committees established under sections 173.0.2 and 173.5.
