150. Retraite Québec may request from any employee or beneficiary of a plan administered by it, and from their employer, any information or document required to determine the right to benefits provided under the plan, and to allow periodic control.

For such purpose, Retraite Québec may determine the form and tenor of any form it prescribes.

The Commission may request from any employee or beneficiary of a plan administered by it or contemplated in the Act respecting pension coverage for certain teachers (1978, chapter 16), and from his employer, any information or document required to determine the right to benefits provided in the plan and in the said Act, and to allow periodic control.

For such purpose, the Commission may determine the form and tenor of any form it prescribes.

150. Notwithstanding the third paragraph of section 149, the regulation made by order in council No. 4551-74, dated 11 December 1974, has effect in respect of the employees of the Société de récupération, d’exploitation et de développement forestiers du Québec (REXFOR) as from 1 November 1975 only. Moreover, notwithstanding the said regulation, only regular employees of the said company are subject to this plan.
