137. (Repealed).
137. The object of the Commission is to administer the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the Teachers Pension Plan, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan, the Pension Plan of Management Personnel, the pension plans established under sections 9, 10 and 10.0.1 of this Act and the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers and every other retirement or insurance plan entrusted to its administration by statute or by the Government.
Except with the prior approval of the Comité de retraite referred to in section 164, however, the Commission shall not exercise the powers which, in respect of the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the Teachers Pension Plan, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and plans established under sections 9, 10 and 10.0.1 of this Act and the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers, are conferred on it
(1) under sections 26, 28, 59.5 to 59.6.0.2, 85.3, 109.9, 114.1 and 115.2 of this Act, under sections 22, 23, 27, 27.2 and 28.3 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan (chapter R-11) and under sections 66.2, 93 and 99.7 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan (chapter R-12), in the case of the determination of periods and dates of payment;
(2) under sections 29.0.1, 79, 86, 95, 100, 104, 115.1, 149, 158 and 190 of this Act, under sections 29.0.1 and 66 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan, under sections 63.7, 69.0.0.1 and 74 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and under sections 12 and 35 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers (chapter R-9.1).
However, the Commission shall not, except with the prior approval of the Comité de retraite referred to in section 173.1, exercise the powers which, in respect of the Pension Plan of Management Personnel, are conferred on it under sections 40, 84 to 87, 128, 130, 138.8, 144 and 147 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel (chapter R-12.1), in the case of the determination of periods and dates of payment, and under sections 41.1, 117 and 203 of that Act.
The Commission may carry out, in the case of the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the Teachers Pension Plan, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan, the Pension Plan of Management Personnel, the pension or retirement plans referred to in sections 9, 10 and 10.0.1 of this Act and the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers, only the studies that concern the administration of those plans. However, it may carry out any study requested jointly by the parties negotiating the conditions of employment of the employees to whom those plans apply or by the associations representing employees to whom the Pension Plan of Management Personnel applies and the Government.
137. (1) under sections 26, 28, 59.5 to 59.6.0.2, 85.3, 109.4, 109.9, 114.1 and 115.2 of this Act, under sections 22, 23, 27, 27.2 and 28.3 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan (chapter R-11) and under sections 66.2, 93 and 99.7 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan (chapter R-12), in the case of the determination of periods and dates of payment;
(2) under sections 29.0.1, 79, 86, 95, 100, 104, 115.1, 149, 158 and 190 of this Act, under sections 29.0.1 and 66 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan, under sections 63.7, 69.0.0.1 and 74 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and under sections 12 and 35 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers (chapter R-9.1).
However, the Commission shall not, except with the prior approval of the Comité de retraite referred to in section 173.1, exercise the powers which, in respect of the Pension Plan of Management Personnel, are conferred on it under sections 40, 84 to 87, 128, 130, 138.3, 138.8, 144 and 147 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel (chapter R-12.1), in the case of the determination of periods and dates of payment, and under sections 41.1, 117 and 203 of that Act.
The Commission may carry out, in the case of the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the Teachers Pension Plan, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan, the Pension Plan of Management Personnel, the pension or retirement plans referred to in sections 9, 10 and 10.0.1 of this Act and the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers, only the studies that concern the administration of those plans. However, it may carry out any study requested jointly by the parties negotiating the conditions of employment of the employees to whom those plans apply or by the associations representing employees to whom the Pension Plan of Management Personnel applies and the Government.

However, the Commission shall not, except with the prior approval of the Comité de retraite referred to in section 173.1, exercise the powers which, in respect of the Pension Plan of Management Personnel, are conferred on it under sections 40, 84 to 87, 120, 128, 130, 144, 147 and 150 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel (chapter R-12.1), in the case of the determination of periods and dates of payment, and under sections 117 and 203 of that Act.

(2) under sections 79, 86, 95, 100, 104, 115.1, 149, 158 and 190 of this Act, under section 66 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan, under sections 63.7 and 74 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and under sections 12 and 35 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers (chapter R-9.1).
The Commission may carry out, in the case of the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the Teachers Pension Plan, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan, the pension or retirement plans referred to in sections 9, 10 and 10.0.1 of this Act and the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers, only the studies that concern the administration of those plans. However, it may carry out any study requested jointly by the parties negotiating the conditions of employment of the employees to whom those plans apply or by the associations representing the non-unionizable employees referred to in Title IV.0.1 and the Government.
137. The object of the Commission is to administer the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the Teachers Pension Plan, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and the pension plans established under sections 9, 10 and 10.0.1 of this Act and the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers and every other retirement or insurance plan entrusted to its administration by statute or by the Government.
Except with the prior approval of the Comité de retraite, however, the Commission shall not exercise the powers which, in respect of the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the Teachers Pension Plan, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and plans established under sections 9, 10 and 10.0.1 of this Act and the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers, are conferred on it

(2) under sections 79, 86, 95, 100, 104, 147, 149, 158 and 189 of this Act, under section 66 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan, under sections 63.7 and 74 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and under sections 12 and 35 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers (chapter R-9.1).

Except with the prior approval of the Comité de retraite, however, the Commission shall not exercise the powers which, in respect of the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the Teachers Pension Plan, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and plans established under sections 9 and 10 of this Act and under the Act respecting pension coverage for certain teachers, are conferred on it
(1) under sections 26, 28, 82, 148 and 221 of this Act, under sections 22, 23, 27 and 76 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan (chapter R-11), under sections 66.2 and 112 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan (chapter R-12), and under section 4 of the Act respecting pension coverage for certain teachers in the case of the determination of periods;
(2) under sections 79, 86, 95, 100, 104, 147, 149, 158 and 189 of this Act, under section 66 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan and under section 63.7 and 74 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan.
137. The object of the Commission is to administer the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the Teachers Pension Plan, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and the pension plans established by sections 9 and 10 of the Act respecting pension coverage for certain teachers (1978, chapter 16) and every other retirement or insurance plan entrusted to its administration by statute or by the Government.
Except with the prior approval of the Comité de retraite, however, the Commission shall not exercise the powers which, in respect of the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan, the Teachers Pension Plan, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and plans established under sections 9 and 10 of this Act and under the Act respecting pension coverage for certain teachers, are conferred on it
(1) under sections 26, 28, 82, 148 and 221 of this Act, under sections 22, 23, 27 and 76 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan (chapter R-11), under sections 66.2 and 112 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan (chapter R-12), and under section 4 of the Act respecting pension coverage for certain teachers in the case of the determination of periods;
(2) under sections 79, 86, 95, 100, 104, 147, 149, 158 and 189 of this Act, under section 66 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan and under section 63.7 and 74 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan.
137. Sections 131 to 134 apply to this committee.
