84. The functionaries contemplated in sections 119 and 120 may, everywhere in Québec, exercise the powers conferred upon municipalities or their officers in sections 76, 76.1, 78 and 80. Following the intervention of such a functionary, the Minister may present a motion in accordance with section 81 or 82.
