62. (Repealed).

62. Every intermunicipal agreement concerning any of the matters contemplated in this division must, before coming into force, be approved by the Minister.
Such an agreement, once approved, shall not be amended or repealed unless authorized by the Minister.

62. Every municipal by-law relating to an agreement or an intermunicipal committee respecting any matter contemplated by this division must, before coming into force, be approved by the Minister.
Such by-law, when approved, shall not be amended or repealed without the authorization of the Minister.
