Section 31.22 Disposition versions

31.22. In the cases prescribed by government regulation, sections 31.20 and 31.21, which concern the first renewal of an authorization, apply, with the necessary modifications, to any application to amend an authorization submitted by the holder under section 30 and to any subsequent renewal application.

31.22. At the expiry of the time limit provided for in the third paragraph of section 31.21.1, the Minister shall either

(1)  issue, a depollution attestation to the applicant; or

(2)  refuse to issue a depollution attestation to the applicant and notify him in a writing which states the grounds for refusal.

31.22. At the expiry of the time limit provided for in the third paragraph of section 31.21.1, the Minister shall either

(1)  issue, a depollution attestation to the applicant and make a public announcement of the issuance of the attestation by publishing a notice in a daily or weekly newspaper published in the region in which the industrial establishment is located or, if no daily or weekly newspaper is published in the region, in a daily or weekly newspaper having general circulation throughout the region; or

(2)  refuse to issue a depollution attestation to the applicant and notify him in a writing which states the grounds for refusal.
