120.2. A functionary contemplated in section 120.1 shall make a written report to the Minister of every seizure that he carries out.

120.2. A functionary contemplated in section 120.1 may release seized property immediately upon confirmation by laboratory analysis that the seized product conforms to the regulations of the Government. Release must be given if the seized product has not been confiscated within thirty days of seizure.
