Disposition versions
115.27.1. Despite section 30 of the Act respecting certain measures enabling the enforcement of environmental and dam safety legislation (chapter M-11.6), the amounts of the monetary administrative penalties prescribed by a regulation made under paragraph 2 of section 46.15 may exceed the maximum amounts prescribed in section 30.
