112. (Repealed).

112. In any prosecution relating to an offence against this Act, proof that it has been committed by an agent, mandatary or employee of another is sufficient to establish that it has been committed by the latter unless he establishes that the offence has been committed without his knowledge or consent and despite measures taken to prevent its commission.
