73. The applicant shall, within 15 days after the filing of his motion, cause a notice to be published twice in a daily newspaper distributed in the region concerned by the contested decision.
Proof of publication of the notices shall be filed at the secretariat of the Tribunal.

73. The appellant, within 15 days after service of his motion for appeal, shall cause a notice to be published twice in a daily newspaper distributed in the territory of the judicial district of the court to which the appeal is submitted.
Proof of publication of the notices shall be filed in the office of the Court of Québec.
