37. Every person wishing to obtain a permit must apply therefor in writing to the Minister in the manner and form prescribed by government regulation. The application shall contain the information prescribed by the regulation.
Any application made by a partnership or legal person shall be submitted by one of its directors or other executive officers, duly authorized.
