Disposition versions
120. (Repealed).
120. Where an offence contemplated in section 110, 111, 112, 114 or 118 continues for more than one day, a separate offence shall be counted for each day or part of a day during which it continues.
Notwithstanding subsection 2 of section 12 of the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15), separate offences may be described in a single count.
