Disposition versions
176. For the purposes of this Title, an application means any application filed to benefit from the advantages provided for by the Crime Victims Compensation Act (chapter I-6) or the Act to promote good citizenship (chapter C-20), as they read on the date preceding the date of coming into force of this Act, or any qualification application or financial assistance application made under this Act.
